WHEREAS, National Receptionists Day promotes recognition of receptionists, and
WHEREAS, Receptionists are the Directors of First Impressions for our company, and
WHEREAS, Receptionists represent our company to our customers and clients, and
WHEREAS, Our company strives to maintain a positive image and connections with
our community, and
WHEREAS, Receptionists promote a vital sense of community within our company,
and
WHEREAS, Receptionists play a critical role in communications to ensure our safety in
case of emergency, and
WHEREAS, The National Receptionists Association has designated May 12, 2010 as
I/we would like to invite all our employees, clients and customers to join in recognition
of the important role of our receptionist/s and for their dedicated performance
throughout the year.
