| May 12, 2010 and National Receptionists Week: May 12, 2010 will be our 20th year to celebrate National Receptionists Day on the second Wednesday of May. We created our organizatioin to recognize the valuable contribution receptionists make in business. They are the front line personnel and are responsible for making a positive first impression for the company. Please do not combine our recognition with that for Secretaries or Administrative Assistants unless they serve as the first contact and FRONT-LINE PERSONNEL for your company. |

| Looking for recognition ideas for your receptionists? Schedule a mock staff meeting and surprise your receptionists with a proclamation from "the boss" and everyone in the company. See Proclamation Form. The proclamation assigns May 13 as his or her official day of recognition. Flowers and refreshments are also encouraged. If you want to give something to last all year consider the National Receptionists Day mugs or pens shown here on our gifts page. We have also added fine chocolate from Ecuador . Purchase of any of these gifts helps support our organization. We want to improve our website and offer more services. |
